Overall this is a nice piece. The skin tones in particular are very good. The hand looks very natural and a good shape (I hate trying to draw hands 
).
However, it looks like she is holding her hand up to her chin, rather than resting her head on it. I think there needs to be a reaction in the shape of the hand to show pressure on it? or perhaps cover slightly more of the hand with her chin? Also lighten the shadow on her chin line. It sort of makes it look super-imposed over the top.
